Moreover, most sellers understand the need to be flexible to ensure a successful transaction.  Despite recent industry changes regarding commissions, our fees continue to be paid by sellers so their is no cost for our clients for buyer represenation.

• Idenitfy special opportunities (e.g., lender-owned properties)
• Locate and evaluate investment opportunities
